Final Project with an American Researcher (3 month)

Reactive ion etching (RIE) is an etching technology used in microfabrication. It uses chemically reactive plasma to remove material deposited on wafers.

My project: Find all the parameters influencing the etching (Gaz pressure, type of gaz, type of resin, power etc.) and define the adjustments, to improve the speed, etching rate, anisotropy etc.

- Write a test plan
- Find all the parameters influencing the etching
- Etch sample wafer plates
- Qualify the samples with a profilometer and a scanning electron microscope
- Write the processes




"Confatech" (3 month)

held a conference about lean manufacturing applied in small series production, in front of industrials and professionals.

Industrial project (6 month)

Find a solution to change the opening system of the side door of armored trucks.

Analyse the client’s needs, manage resources, offer solutions and provide results.

We found a linear drive system matching the requirements (secutity, quality, performance, power source etc...)
