Key responsibilities:
· Management and validation of Combat and Platform Systems Requirements.
. Review of Objective Qualitative Evidences (OQE) for General Requirements
Specifications.
. In charge of a short term project: sell, review and check the consistency of all the
General Requirements Specifications before the audit with the client. I had to manage
a 3 people
team, report our work weekly, organize meetings daily and create metrics.
· Create and update metrics to enable the team to gain insight into the efficiency of the
project.
· Conduct ships systems tests to see if they meet the specific requirements of Contract
Specifications.

Thales Microelectronics is the "Centre of Excellence" in microelectronics for the Aerospace Division of the Thales group. The company designs, engineers, integrate and tests electronics systems for the Defense, Civil Aviation and Space industries.
Organization & Methods engineer for electronic
Key responsibilities:
· Drafting of consistent manufacturing documentation such as production instructions.
· Designing, installing and commissioning new production units, monitoring modifications
· Working closely with the customers and leading audits (PRR, FAI)
· Selecting, managing and working with sub-contractors
· Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations
. Managing the configuration: bill of materials, documents, specifications, ECRs etc.
. Training operators to new products then accompanying them throughout the lifecycle.
· Preparing reports, flow diagrams and charts for the managers and customers.

I learnt to be strict; I worked closely with the customers as well as the factory workers and
engineers, and reacted
quickly in case of emergency in the workshop.
I learnt to use aeronautical procedures and was trained to the
